A little about me…
Outside of the therapy space, I love being outdoors and organizing community-oriented events. I enjoy being in the ocean, film photography, reading, and finding creative outlets in everyday life. Most of all, I value spending meaningful time with the people I love.
I have always felt deeply connected to others and feel incredibly grateful to have built a career that allows me to combine that passion with helping those around me.
What are your specialities and areas of interest?
My approach to therapy is eclectic, client-centered, and trauma-informed, with a strong influence from Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than viewing behaviors as something “wrong,” I help clients approach their inner world with more curiosity, compassion, and understanding. My goal is to support clients in building a deeper relationship with themselves that feels rooted in self-awareness rather than shame.
I primarily work with teens and young adults, and I especially enjoy working with young women navigating periods of transition, change, and self-discovery. I specialize in life transitions, OCD, ADHD, anxiety disordered eating, parentification, identity exploration, and complicated family dynamics or family estrangement. I’m passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, feel more connected to who they are, and move through life with greater intention and self-compassion.
What is your therapy style?
My therapy style is approachable, authentic, and collaborative. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and meaningful change, and I aim to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their process. I value honoring each client’s unique experiences while making room for growth, healing, and transformation. At the center of my work is a deep respect for the resilience, insight, and wisdom each person brings into the room.

What sparks the most joy for you as the therapist?
My favorite part about being a therapist is the opportunity to connect with another person through vulnerability, trust, and authenticity. Witnessing clients recognize their own autonomy and begin moving through life with greater intention is incredibly meaningful to me and continues to inspire the work I do.
