A little about me…

Outside of the therapy room, I love being outdoors and soaking up new experiences. In my free time I enjoy surfing, hiking, traveling, being in the sunshine, and having meaningful conversations with my family and the people I care about.

I’ve always been someone who is deeply curious about people and the stories that shape who we become, which is part of what drew me to this work.

What are your specialities and areas of interest?

I I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and questions around faith and spirituality.

Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or pulled in different directions internally. In our work together, we make space to understand these experiences with curiosity and compassion so that healing feels more possible and change feels more sustainable.

My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools to help you move toward the life you want.

What is your therapy style?

My therapy style is down to earth and multifaceted, grounded in curiosity, warmth, and practical tools to support you as you navigate and move toward the life and relationships you want. I blend a variety of styles including an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approach alongside somatic and nervous-system based work that supports deeper, lasting change.

What sparks the most joy for you as the therapist?

What brings me the most joy in this work is when someone’s story starts to make sense. Seeing someone move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling more confident and connected is one of the most meaningful parts of being a therapist.
