What are your specialities and areas of interest?

I'm passionate about working with women who are ready to do the deep inner work and are curious about how their emotional and physical experiences are connected. I support clients who are navigating chronic health conditions or persistent pain, and are seeking more balance, clarity, and compassion for themselves. I also support women who are struggling with anxiety—whether it’s tied to health concerns or life transitions—and are looking for tools and insight to feel more grounded.

I also enjoy working with couples who are seeking deeper connection, improved communication, and lasting relational change. I utilize the Gottman Method to help couples feel heard, understood, and supported, while also thoughtfully challenging unhelpful patterns that may be impacting their relationship. My approach balances empathy with practical tools, creating a safe and structured space where partners can strengthen trust, navigate conflict more effectively, and reconnect with shared values. I also offer pre-marital counseling using the Prepare/Enrich curriculum, supporting couples who want to engage in meaningful conversations around expectations, communication, intimacy, and long-term goals as they prepare for marriage. I am particularly passionate about helping couples build resilient, emotionally attuned relationships grounded in mutual respect and intentional growth.

What sparks the most joy for you as the therapist?

What sparks the most joy for me as a therapist is witnessing clients develop self-empathy and self-advocacy. It is particularly rewarding to see them integrate and apply the insights gained during our sessions into their daily lives.

How would you describe your therapy style?

I employ a holistic approach to therapy, considering emotional, physical, social, mental, and spiritual dimensions. I am particularly interested in exploring the mind-body connection and how issues may manifest somatically. My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe and empathetic environment where clients feel truly heard and understood.

What is your favorite quote and why?

One of my favorite quotes is by John Mark Comer: “Because what you give your attention to is the person you become. Put another way: the mind is the portal to the soul, and what you fill your mind with will shape the trajectory of your character. In the end, your life is no more than the sum of what you gave your attention to.” I value this quote because it underscores the significant impact of our thoughts on our personal development and the way we engage with the world.

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your free time?

Outside of sessions, I enjoy reading fictional novels, taking long walks, and spending quality time with my family. I also love being at the beach or on the pickleball court!
