A little about me…

If you happen to catch me out in the wild, I’ll most likely be with my family. I’m a wife and a mom, and much of my world revolves around time with my husband, my two daughters, and our wiener dog, Dale. Becoming a parent reshaped me in ways I never expected—and it’s one of the experiences that most informs how I show up with care, humility, and attunement in this work.

I’m at my best near the ocean. The beach, good food with people I love, travel plans on the calendar, and a quaint coffee shop are my favorite way to reset and connect.

I believe my soul’s purpose is to love and foster deep connections. Thus, my passion is helping others connect with themselves and others in order to create a deep, meaningful, and happy life.

What are your specialities and areas of interest?

I am passionate about working with women and men, parents, and teens as they navigate each phase of life and the challenges that come with it. I focus on supporting individuals through big and small life transitions, and helping them to heal, grow, and thrive. My approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the unique needs and experiences that arise during these pivotal moments.

Some of my specialities include:

  • Perinatal Mental Health
After my daughter was born, I felt overwhelmed and isolated as my marriage faced significant challenges. I began to question whether my marriage and I would ever recover. As I realized that many of my friends were experiencing similar struggles, I became determined to find relief not only for myself but also for them. I believe that even in the most challenging times, individuals and families can find strength and healing. My practice is dedicated to helping people transform the stress of infertility, pregnancy, and new parenthood into opportunities for growth, connection, and lasting emotional well-being.

  • EMDR
I've seen firsthand how powerful and transformative EMDR can be for clients who have experienced trauma. EMDR's unique ability to target and reprocess traumatic memories allows clients to break free from the pain that has been holding them back, often leading to profound healing and significant reductions in symptoms.

  • Teens
Being a teenager is hard! Teens start coming into their own during adolescence; but as it is with every transformation, these years can be clunky, awkward, exhilarating, and frightening. I am passionate about helping teenagers transition into adulthood with curiosity, grace, and grounding.

What is your therapy style?

My therapy style is honest and straightforward, yet warm, caring, and down-to-earth. I provide clear, practical insights that can lead to real change while making sure you feel understood and supported. I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to navigate your challenges in a way that feels grounded and accessible.

What sparks the most joy for you as the therapist?

What sparks the most joy for me as a therapist is witnessing the profound transformations that my clients experience. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see someone move from a place of deep pain or confusion to a state of clarity, empowerment, and healing. Being part of their journey, especially as they connect with themselves on a deeper level and start living more authentically, brings immense satisfaction. It’s these moments of breakthrough and renewal that make the work truly meaningful.
