A uniquely tailored approach to therapy.

Life can be both challenging and beautiful. We’re here to help you navigate the complexities. Our therapists are committed to helping you make sense of yourself and your relationships, guiding you through the difficult moments and helping you find clarity along the way. Whether you are looking for individual therapy; family or couples work; counseling for your child or teen, we have a place for you.

Why the name “Driftwood Therapy Collective”?

Driftwood symbolizes the resilience, transformation, and uniqueness that are central to our approach to therapy. Just as driftwood is shaped by the forces of nature – carved by water, smoothed by sand, and carried by the currents – our clients navigate life’s challenges, evolving and growing through their experiences. Through our work, we aim to help clients embrace their transformations, find their unique strengths, and remain resilient in the face of life’s ever-changing tides.

Our Approach to Therapy

At Driftwood Therapy Collective, we take pride in offering a uniquely tailored approach to therapy, recognizing that each person who walks through our doors carries a distinct story and set of needs. We customize your therapy journey to ensure that you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in a psychodynamic framework, enriched with analytic, attachment, somatic, and depth-oriented influences. This allows us to engage with you on a deeper level, taking the time necessary to address the core issues that impact your life.

We believe in the power of relational therapy, which means we prioritize creating a strong, trusting relationship with you. We dedicate the time and space for you to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. We understand that the hurts and wounds you carry may have accumulated over years, leaving lasting imprints on your relationships and sense of self, sometimes manifesting as complex trauma. With courage and compassion, we step into these vulnerable places alongside you, providing thoughtful and careful attention so that you can emerge whole, healed, and renewed.
