What are your specialities and areas of interest?

What sparks the most joy for me as a therapist is witnessing my clients’ growth—when a client recognizes their own strength, makes a connection they hadn't seen before, or feels genuinely heard for the first time. I find deep fulfillment in creating a safe, empathetic space where people feel heard and supported. It’s incredibly rewarding to see someone move through pain, gain insight, and slowly start to trust in their ability to navigate life. Helping others tap into their personal resilience and watching them evolve is what inspires me most in this work.

What sparks the most joy for you as the therapist?

My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, and supporting clients through interpersonal growth and relationship challenges. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I really enjoy tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs. I'm particularly passionate about helping people build healthier relationships—with others and with themselves—and supporting them as they navigate life transitions, emotional regulation, and communication struggles.

How would you describe your therapy style?

My therapy style is direct, empathetic, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward their goals. While I offer guidance and structure, I believe therapy is a partnership—and I value working alongside clients as we navigate challenges and move toward healing together.

What is your favorite quote?

Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” Brene Brown.

I love this quote because it captures the heart of the therapeutic process. As a therapist, I often witness how difficult—and brave—it is for someone to open up about their pain, fears, or insecurities. Vulnerability is often misunderstood as weakness, but in reality, it's a profound act of strength.

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your free time?

When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my loved ones. I find joy and relaxation in being near the ocean, so going to the beach is one of my favorite ways to recharge. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places—it gives me a fresh perspective and a sense of adventure.
