What are your specialities and areas of interest?

Children & Teens

I support children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and interpersonal struggles. My work focuses on helping young people build coping skills, strengthen communication, and develop a healthier relationship with themselves and others during key developmental transitions.

Young Adults

I enjoy working with young adults as they navigate life transitions, identity development, relationships, and emotional regulation. I support clients managing anxiety, depression, communication challenges, and the pressures that often come with this stage of life.

Adults

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, communication skills, and building healthier relationships—with others and with themselves.

Couples & Families

I support couples and families in strengthening communication, navigating conflict, and fostering deeper emotional connection. My work centers on helping clients better understand relational patterns and build healthier, more supportive dynamics.

What sparks the most joy for you as the therapist?

What sparks the most joy for me as a therapist is witnessing my clients’ growth—when a client recognizes their own strength, makes a connection they hadn't seen before, or feels genuinely heard for the first time. I find deep fulfillment in creating a safe, empathetic space where people feel heard and supported. It’s incredibly rewarding to see someone move through pain, gain insight, and slowly start to trust in their ability to navigate life. Helping others tap into their personal resilience and watching them evolve is what inspires me most in this work.

How would you describe your therapy style?

My therapy style is direct, empathetic, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward their goals. While I offer guidance and structure, I believe therapy is a partnership—and I value working alongside clients as we navigate challenges and move toward healing together.

What is your favorite quote?

Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” Brene Brown.

I love this quote because it captures the heart of the therapeutic process. As a therapist, I often witness how difficult—and brave—it is for someone to open up about their pain, fears, or insecurities. Vulnerability is often misunderstood as weakness, but in reality, it's a profound act of strength.

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your free time?

When I’m not working, I love spending quality time with my loved ones. I find joy and relaxation in being near the ocean, so going to the beach is one of my favorite ways to recharge. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places—it gives me a fresh perspective and a sense of adventure.
